Childbirth Preparation Classes
Classes to help you prepare for the most amazing day of your life. As your childbirth educator I will answer all your questions and that of your neighbor, mother, sister, aunt etc. I feel that fear stems from not knowing, so my job is to help you know enough that you no longer fear the process as you will be completely familiar with everything. I do not teach breathing or pain relief techniques, as you already know how to breathe, and have likely had your share of pain to deal with. I will help you identify your pain coping techniques that you already use and how those will be helpful to you in labor. (More)
